six NBA championship titles.

"Air Jordan" became known for his ability to completely take over a game with his high flying scoring, while also playing aggressive defense. During his first season as a Bull, Jordan averaged 28.2 points per game, while shooting a remarkable 51% from the floor. He won Rookie of The Year honors, leading his team to 38 wins, and making it into the first round of the playoffs, eventually losing to the Milwaukee Bucks in four games.

Jordan's career is highlighted by scoring 32,292 points over his 15 years in the NBA, placing him third on the all time list. He spent 13 of those seasons with the Bulls, winning six NBA championship titles and five most valuable player awards. His final two seasons were with the Washing Wizards.

He shares the record for the highest all time scoring average with Wilt Chamberlain at 30.1 points per game, and holds the record for the highest scoring average during the playoffs at 33.4 points per game. Jordan also holds records for most 50 point playoff games (8), most 40 point playoff games (38), most points scored in a playoff game (63), and most consecutive games scoring in double figures (866).

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
Ferdinand Lewis Alcindor, Jr was one the most heralded high school and college basketball players in history, and scored more points in the NBA than any other player in the history of the game. He officially changed his name in 1971 after converting to Islam, and has since been known worldwide as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

Jabbar entered the league as the number one player chosen by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 1969 NBA draft, after a stellar career at UCLA. He scored a league record 38,387 points over 20 years, playing for the Bucks from 1969 to 1974, and the Los Angeles Lakers from 1975 to 1989. Throughout his career, he won two NBA scoring titles and six NBA championships.

He also holds NBA records for most field goals made (15,837), most field goals attempted (28,307), most all star game selections (19), most all star games played (18), and most playoff games played (237). He was the league MVP a record six times, and his 24.6 points per game average would have been higher if not for scoring fewer points during his final years.

Larry Bird
Larry Joe Bird may be the best pure shooter, and certainly one of the best clutch players of all time. Bird went to the Boston Celtics as the sixth player taken in the 1979 draft, and his presence was immediately felt. Leading his team in scoring, rebounding, steals, and
