Stress is like its ugly twin sisters Worry and Fear. Each has the ability kill you in increments or take your life apart in one gathered moment. Stress invites illness. It contributes to heart disease, strokes and mental breakdown. It disrupts the immune system and is linked to ulcers, diabetes, body aches, head aches and joint pain. Stress that goes unchecked can take away your joy and eventually your purpose for living.

A little stress is the body's warning system, a siren of the spirit within, calling the mind to action. Stress that goes unchecked can take lodging in your being and absorb your life's essence. The primal scream blows off the stress and the pressure they face as young adults. It's a therapy that is guaranteed to turn a frown upside-down.

This is a great stress reducer because of the energy released. The action is associated with touch. Energy is transferred in the action of touch. Healthy energy transfers through the act of petting your pet with the effect of lowering your stress.

Again-Touch

A hug, a touch of the hand, an arm around the shoulder, these acts of touch will share and transfer energy. They comfort and calm. They reassure and lend support. There is no question that people, who share the act of touch with others, live happier healthier, less stressful lives. Those who are sensitive and secure can provide a sense of acceptance with strangers, and encourage the sick and infirm with an appropriate touch, without creating an awkward moment. The act of touch is a stress eliminator.

Making Love

Making love to your spouse is the most intimate connecting act that a man and a woman can join in. It's the most practical way of unwinding and letting out steam, while releasing
