How to make (and not lose) money by gambling

lost on spin number seven, and I'd have to start over counting for the seven sequence.

Being human, it took an enormous amount of discipline to not place a bet on the six sequence. But, the seven sequence is paramount for using the law of averages to the player's advantage. The situation with spin number 39 only happened one time out of a hundred. If I had used a six sequence, the spin 39 situation would have happened three times.

Human error is also a factor. The winnings off each sequence is $1.00 to $3.00. So, mistakes have to be minimal. As time goes on, it becomes easier and easier to make mistakes. Here is a list of costly mistakes I noticed could easily happen.

1.) Not clearing the board after winning - Forgetting to clear the board after winning will cost $1.00 to $3.00 winnings plus sum of all bets made to the winning point. This mistake could be very costly.

2.) Not clearing the red/black bets before betting 2/1 - If the player forgets to clear the red/black field, and a "0" comes up while playing the 2/1 field, the player will loose the $2.00 on red and black.

3.) Not counting the sequence right. This mistake can be rectified by starting over, or placing the bet on the next spin if the predicted field did not hit. The cost here is time.

4.) Not betting the right amount - If any of the subsequent bets after bet one is the wrong amount, it can be a costly mistake. For example, spin number 13 is a $9.00 bet. Suppose the player is not paying attention and places a bet of $7.00, and the field hits, there is a $2.00 loss ( $23.00 sum of all bets to this point minus $21.00 winnings from the $7.00 bet = $2.00 loss). This happened to me more than once after playing for some time.

Again, because the winnings are minimal, the mistakes have to remain minimal to make a profit in a reasonable amount of time.

So, overall it can be said the strategy will work 100% of the time if the player is playing at a no-limit table with unlimited funds. In reality, this will not happen, so I would not consider it a 100% system. I would say the system gives and enormous advantage to the player, but the player needs to understand, it only takes one time before the casino becomes the profiteer. Seems the best strategy would be not to use the law of averages to your advantage, but not press any "luck" buttons...in other words, "Quit once your ahead."

Below, I have created a table for the betting strategy for a roulette table with a $300.00 limit. It includes the spin number after number seven, the amount that needs to be bet with each numbered spin, the amount that will be won after all previous betting and current bet is deducted from winnings, and most importantly, how much is at risk to earn the winnings.

Spin Number/Amount to Bet/Winning Amount/Amount at Risk
8 $1.00 $2.00 $1.00
9 $2.00 $3.00 $3.00
10 $3.00 $3.00 $6.00
11 $4.00 $2.00 $10.00
12 $6.00 $2.00 $16.00
13 $9.00 $2.00 $25.00
14 $13.00 $1.00 $38.00
15 $20.00 $2.00 $58.00
16 $30.00 $2.00 $88.00
17 $45.00 $2.00 $133.00
18 $67.00 $1.00 $200.00
19 $100.00 $0.00 $300.00
20 $151.00 $2.00 $451.00
21 $226.00 $1.00 $677.00

Good Luck!
