Easy ways to mininimize stress

problems, or various work related problems, such as lack of creativity (problems in pelvis area and thighs, usually hurting without physical explanation). An individual's whole life story can be read within fifteen minutes by a body language expert. Yet, in most cases, the person is totally unaware of what his or her body is saying. Many humans are not consciously aware of their own emotions or thoughts. Therefore, these people do not understand why they are having physical problems with their bodies.

Thus, if a person just takes time to evaluate their surroundings, examines his or her emotions, and listens to his or her own body, the stress could be easily reduced. This would relieve many of the person's physical and mental health problems. Utilizing a wide variety of stress release techniques enhances the person's abilities to recognize and eliminate the various stress factors.

For instance, sitting with the lights dimmed and a cool cloth over your eyes may reduce the stress and eyestrain caused by working in bright, artificial lighting. This in turn would lead the person to recognize and eliminate the stress factor of using too bright of artificial lighting. Someone who is conscious of the energy levels surrounding him or her would know to rinse his or her hands under cold water frequently. Recognizing when sound levels are becoming irritating would lead to reducing the noise pollution levels. A person, recognizing which odors agitate him or her, could avoid those scents.

There are as many ways to reduce stress as there are for creating stress. A person simply has to be willing to experiment and let his or her imagination run wild, at least for a little while. Nothing says the technique has to be expensive or time consuming. Nothing says the method used has to be able to be used more than one time. It also does not need to work for anyone else, as long as it works well for that individual.
