The ethics behind oil prices

Oil has become the gold of the twenty first century. Who ever holds the oil holds the power. Those who have no oil seem to have none of the power. So what can we now do about this?

The fact is every day we get angry about it. We gripe and complain. Where is the power in that? We are still paying the price at the pump. So what can we possibly do?

The fact is that we have to take a look at how we are using gas and if this is how we see our future. Oil comapnys profited by 173 billion dollars last year. That is the gas part of it. So immagine what the oil barrons profited last year. We could only dream of such sums of money.

we can change this. Cancel trips. Make a vacation at home or close by. Limit trips. To the store or anywhere. Go on mental strike. Save gas where you can. We need to stand together. Do things like shopping cheaper and using less gas guzzling cars. Do not buy the things the government is hoping you will. The economy is bad because gas prices. The government needs the money for taxes. If we don't buy and the economy continues to suffer they will not get the needed taxes. Then they will have to look at the people for taxes. Who will have the money, not you or I so it will have to come from those billions of dollars some rich guy made last year.

Find other ways to get where you want. Take a bus. Take a walk. Whatever you have to do. If you can save 20 dollars a month per person we have saved about 20 million dollars. Then multiply that by 12 months and we have made a significant difference. It could make a big hit on the oil companys.

There is no shortage. There is only greed on the rise here. The united arab emmerits who control the oil that comes to the United States have said this month that there is no shortage. So all of these prices are just for profit. Someone is getting rich because you are suffering.

We are not a society of complacent people. We need to rise up and let our voice be heard. We need a hero to come through and change the way that oil is dealt with. Someone who will say what we are paying is ridicoulous.

America needs help before the thugs in Washington break the backs of the hard working people they stand on. Next time you vote lok at what happened while this person was in office. It is time to make changes on capitol hill and changes in congress. What we need is a government that understands how hard working a nation we are and respects us.

When we can change how we use oil and who controls it, and who is saving us from gouging at the pump this nation will be strong once again.
