Do-it-yourself faux stained glass windows

Recently we did a faux stained glass for a troop project. It was quite inexpensive, and turned out very nicely. I don't typically write how-to's, so I will list things out for anyone interested in trying this craft. We did this project for twenty kids, so you may have to adjust things for a smaller group.

What You'll Need:
6-Bottles of white school glue
3-Food coloring paste (different colors)

20-Inexpensive 5x7 glass picture frames (remove and discard all contents except glass and frame itself)
2 bottles-Black "Slick" or T-shirt paint in small bottle with a tip
20 sheets-Multi Color Tissue Paper
10-Styrofoam bowls or cups
10-Styrofoam plates
Cotton Swabs (enough for each kid to have 3)
20-Small Plastic Paintbrushes
Names of each child printed out using Microsoft Word WordArt tool
Hot Glue Gun with a couple glue sticks
Extra Embellishments
Hair Dryer

First Things First
Ahead of meeting time, print each child's name out on Microsoft Word using the WordArt Function. The larger and more bubbly the font, the better. We used Harlow Solid Italic font, size 96, bold, with a 3pt solid black outline. Slide each number under a sheet of glass from the picture frame and trace the outline only with the black "slick paint". You want to do this ahead of time to make sure the black is completely dry. We knocked out all 20 names in about 40 mins. Also ahead of meeting time you want to color your glue. Add desire amount of food coloring to 3 bottles of glue and stir it with a bamboo skewer or straw. The color will not mix completely at first. You will have to shake or stir the bottles, and let them sit for a couple days to get great color. You can bypass this step by mixing liquid food coloring in with glue in a bowl and stirring it like crazy.

The Night of the Meeting
You will give each child a frame to decoupage tissue paper on to. You will mix the 3 remaining bottles of glue 50/50 with water. Pour into Styrofoam bowls and give out paintbrushes. We did 1 bowl per 2 kids. The kids will paint the glue on the frame and lay bits of tissue on it until completely covered, be sure to leave open the lip for sliding the glass in the back. (If you don't do decoupage, you can do glitter or by pre-colored frames.) Once the frame is covered in tissue, they brush one coat of the white glue water mixture over the tissue to seal it. Set the frames aside to dry, this works best on vinyl tablecloths or garbage bags.

Next give each child the glass with his/her name on it. Set out 1 paper plate per 2 kids, and
