Finding a company to buy your business ideas is in itself a business idea turned to gold. The reality for many ordinary people suddenly inspired by a simple, yet fantastic business idea is that they are cash poor, business skill deficit and the cost of raising a prototype will render them revenue neutral for many years to come. Busy with the need to run their business, they rely upon the creative ideas of others, the power of networking and the benefits of sharing to produce ideas that will grow their business further.
Ideas can be intellectual (one-liners, slogans, jingles, branding, creative stories, etc), an actual working invention, or a piece of creative work (artwork, etc). It is the initial contact with the business sector, and the presentation of the idea, that gives the greatest advantage in attracting a sale of your business idea.
Learning the language of business, the words they use in their particular sector, knowing who the correct person to contact is, and how that particular company prefers to work their customer service contact is the first battle won. Like preparing and researching for a job interview, idea selling is a process.
