Daily trips to the gym for hour-long grueling workouts are so yesterday. What we do need is to train our minds to slow down and remember that machine below our necks called the body. You know, the thing that keeps us running like hamsters on a wheel 365 days, 8,760 hours or 525,600 minutes of the year? It is important to be mindful that our body needs just as much attention as our careers, families and daily grind. By putting our minds to it and taking 10 minutes every now and then to take care of ourselves, even if it means dancing around the house or a late night booty call, could result in a leaner, stronger, sexier body.
