For most of us, the idea of making $1000 per day is a very appealing one. But whats not so appealing is usually the kind of work ethic and business sense that we would likely need to accomplish this. The kind of people who earn that kind of money at the moment tend to be the owners of very large businesses or people with a certain talent or skill. So for most of us that $1000 per day also looks like its pretty far away, but there are ways that you can achieve it.

Probably the most realistic way that an ordinary person could earn a thousand dollars each day would be to get into real estate. Either getting a loan or mortgage and then purchasing a house that you can rent out or sell is the way to go, and there are lots of cheap places for sale that have been foreclosed or have become run down in most areas.

What a lot of people have been doing recently is to get a mortgage and buy a second house, and then rent it out. The rent then pays for the mortgage payment, and a little extra, and you can move onto the next property. With the extra that you make on the rent money, and with whatever you earn from your regular job as well you can then concentrate on paying off the mortgages that you have outstanding completely, rather then just the monthly payments.

This can obviously take some time, but in a few years time you will have several houses that are completely paid for and are in a good condition to sell on. Either that or you can just collect the rent from each one every month and live off what you have coming in. If you have a good amount of houses then you will begin to earn over $1000 per day.

If you have some starting capital to invest then buying run down houses and fixing them up to sell at a large profit is a good idea. This is how a lot of millionaires get themselves started. If you have an eye for decorating and hands on work, as well as organizing people then you can soon be making a lot of money this way.

Once you have made the first few sales, then expanding to employ a few people full time should make a lot of difference. This will allow you to undertake several properties at once, and will raise your income even more. Eventually you can have a few teams of people doing all the work for you while you rake in all the money, by which point you will likely be making well over $1000 per day, on average of course.
