Having passion, creates drive. Passion is that which you love in entirety and follow with a zeal, which cannot be broken by any. The greatest sports people in history savor it; the greatest poets, scriptwriters and playwrights all swim in its depths. The entrepreneurs just lavish in it, through out their lives. Passion keeps you alive, keeps you smiling and allows you to reach your dreams through out your life.
Being a writer/lyricist/musical composer and part time journalism student, I live every day striving to reach that pinnacle of achievement with my passion. The satisfaction of knowing I can bring happiness to others and myself drives me to take it to the limit just once more. My passion for writing about helping humankind, especially in my music has led me to harness great skills and knowledge. With the help of networking, through both local writers groups, and the wonderful tool, the Internet, I feel like I am soaring.
A musician artist that I have worked with for over ten years has the passion within him. He is a music director and tutor, yet he never fails to perform every weekend at venues. All of his family, though musically orientated and all very talented people in their own fields, all with their own passions.
There could be some truth in the fact that some are just born with amazing capabilities of endurance and determination, all good requirements to express a very passionate nature. I have a friend who is very passionate about sport. He rarely misses a cricket, golf, or racing game on the television. He runs a football competition every year, which again brings in the factor of networking and his research skills are impeccable; he never misses a day of reading the newspaper front to back.
I believe he could have been a journalist, this I have told him. Funnily enough, he has no desire to write anything down, just to enjoy, and absorb sport with a passion. He is almost a walking sport almanac. Passion, it is in your blood. It is living it, loving it, and breathing it, just look around you and you will see why the most successful people in the world today have developed their greatest potential, that is driven with their passion.
