our many roles with one another, without forgetting who we are or carrying a role along with us when it is no longer needed, is to remember this: we are something more, and something different, from the parts we play for others.
4) Learn to meditate, and do it regularly.
For a practitioner, meditation should be considered synonymous with "practice:" mental practice, or practicing the use of the mind. Nothing helps calm the irritated, irritating, unbridled "monkey mind" like meditation.
Meditation, in a way, really is "just sitting there."
