Recipes: Miniature Jell-O cheesecakes

This is my daughters favorite recipes from the "Just For Kids" cookbook from Publications International, Ltd.

You Will Need:
1 package (11.1 ounces) JELL-O No Bake Real Cheesecake
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine, Melted
1 1/2 Cups Cold Milk
2 Squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, Melted (optional)
12 Paper-Lined or Foil-Lined Muffin Cups

Mix crumbs from mix, sugar and butter thoroughly with a fork in medium bowl until crumbs are well moistened. Press onto bottoms of 12 paper-lined or foil-lined muffin cups.

Beat milk and filling mix with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Bet on medium speed for 3 minutes. (Filling will be think) Spoon over crumb mixture in muffin cups. Drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.

Refrigerate at least one hour or until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.

Makes 12 Servings

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Refrigeration Time: 1 Hour
