My Fantasy Legacy

We are here on this earth for such a short time, we should make the most of the time given us. If it were humanly possible and if I could physically and mentally accomplish it, I would like to leave for my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren this l legacy. If I could be granted 12 wishes, I could leave my fantastic legacy.

1. A peaceful world where all people could live in harmony. There would never be another war. All people would live in harmony.

2. A country they can be proud of with leaders of highest integrity, dignity and honor. I would abolish the press system and dirty politics. Elections would be done with a system of honor and truth. I would make voting compulsory for every citizen so they would have to study the issues and make decisions for themselves.

3. I would abolish the income tax because I believe everyone should be able to keep what they earn except for property taxes and sales tax.. I think a sales tax on things you purchase is a way to earn revenue for the government because everyone would be forced to pay only on what they buy. Maybe then people wouldn't buy a lot of stuff they don't need

4. A world where there's no distinction between black and white, or any other color, race, religion or nationality. There would be no discrimination either for gender, age or sexual preference.

5. There would be equal opportunity for all, rich or poor, able or handicapped, black or white, Asian or European or Oriental.

6. There would be a cure for every disease and good health for everyone.

7. Most of all, there would be no such thing as divorce, and each child would have one mother and one father. Families would live together as a family under one roof.

8. I would wish this to be a world where everyone is kind to one another, and tolerant of all other people.

9. I would want every family to be prosperous enough to meet their needs and poor enough to appreciate what they have.

10. I would figure out some way to control the weather to prevent all hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes.

11. I wish everyone to do the kind of work they like. I don't believe anyone should have to work in a profession they dislike. And of course, I would want them all to be happy.

12. Lastly, I would like to see to it that everyone is always happy and healthy, with no pain, no sadness and no heartaches.

Those 12 wishes could make my fantasy world come true.
