This recipe is absolutely delicious served with warm crusty bread, french toast or crackers and is great for a party as an appetizer with drinks.
1 round (8 ounces) Brie cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Basil
1 tablespoon pine nuts
Heat oven to gas mark 8 .
Cut the white rind of the top of the cheese and place on an oven proof plate or dish Mix sun-dried tomatoes and basil together in a bowl and Spread the mixture over the top of the Brie then Sprinkle with the pine nuts.
Bake 10 minutes until heated through.
Serve straight away and do not reheat as the cheese will curdle with the oil and you will have one hell of a mess.
