What happens when your husband leaves you for another woman, how do you get over the throbbing in your heart? For most women, they experience a bout of depression that may last from a few hours to years after their husband leaves them for another woman. It is a huge blow to any woman when it happens to them for they may not know the real reason why their husband left them for another woman.

No matter why your husband left you, there are some changes you will experience, some pleasant and some downright heartbreaking. Perhaps you did something wrong within the marriage, but chances are you did very little wrong. When your husband leaves you for another woman, you will be overwhelmed and may not think clearly so try not to rationalize why he did leave.

In your husband's eyes, you could have been too demanding, too lethargic, too neat, too dumb, to slim, or too plump. Honestly, who gives a stuff that your husband thinks, he just walked out on one heck of a woman who loved him for a cheap tramp. The other woman may have seemed perfect at the time for him and that is why he went after her. Once they get on with their relationship, he will find something wrong within his other woman.

Husbands leave for many reasons, but most of the time it is because they get too bored in a marriage where there is no passion and certainly little communication. It does not matter why your husband left you, you must pick your self up by the bra straps and get on with your life.

Do not let his leaving you for another woman control your life, you must just pick up the pieces of your life and carry on. Get out and learn something new, take a class or begin volunteering. Do something to make your self-feel worthwhile, it will also help keep you mind busy so that you will not have so much time to miss him.

When your husband leaves you for another woman, your self-esteem will plummet. You can control how far or how long you plummet by carrying on with your life. If you lie in your bed or stay hidden away from the world, crying endless because your husband left you for another woman, life will pay you by. Instead, get out there and begin to experience life again, and you will see the world differently in so many ways.

You may feel like getting drunk in those first few days after your husband is gone, but that will not solve anything. Sure, you will forget that your husband left you for another woman for a few hours perhaps, but since alcohol is really, a depressant you will feel even worse. Your husband will still be gone when you sober up you will still need to deal with your loss.

Stop being his victim, and get out there and enjoy life once more, is what I had to do when it happened to me. You can be the victim, and wallow in that black pit or you can say enough is enough and get back on with living.

I had to realize that I was actually better off when my husband left me for another woman, because I know longer had to worry about him cheating; my husband flaunted the truth in my face. The public embarrassment of a cheating husband was too much to bear, I am three years out of that relationship, and I am so thankful that I am. At first, I was not thankful that my husband left me for another woman, but I have gotten smarter over the past few years.
