The private colleges have a better appreciation than the public colleges. It is this a real difference or only is a myth ?.

I try to give an answer based on several pillars of the educational-instructive process in United States of America.

First, the process of selection and admission is different between these two colleges. The private colleges, have a very well structured of the criteria for admission. The high school graduates , have better grades in the private colleges. They have to answer at one extensive questionnaire and to present an essay,in for comparison with other candidates. The students selected for interview have to see 3-4 professors, counselors in order to receive the acceptance or denial.

Second, the professors, assistant, counselor s are possessors of PhD degree. They have a better experience, more publications and recognized for their achievements in their domain.
In the public colleges,is recognized a big fluctuation of the teaching staff.

Third, the content of topics ,with the same profile, are better selected in the private colleges.Instead, the public colleges, are recognized for the tendency to deliver very liberal, anti Christian ideology. They tolerate all kind of the aberrant manifestations on the campus. This explain increased the number of antisocial behavior. The use of drugs and alcohol continue to be a big problem for public colleges.

Fourth, the libraries are better organized and the access is guaranteed at all sectors of this facility.

Fifth, the laboratories are equipped with the last line of production. This is done by donations by the individuals or companies.

Sixth, the conditions on the campus-cafeteria,dorms-are in better shape and administration.

Seventh,a graduate from a private college has a better chance to be admitted in university,to complete the study for Master degree or PhD.

Eighth,a graduate from a private college has more chances to receive a job than one graduate of public college. The salary can be higher for the private college graduate.

Ninth, the parents and high school graduates who are looking for a private college is increasing,in spite of the high fees .

It is very important for the government responsible to reevaluate the admission criteria and the number accepted for high school foreign graduates.Thousand of openings ,each year are offered to this group. The American graduates don't have this privilege and have to be happy with public colleges.
