The Five Basic Principles of Avoiding Work-At-Home Schemes
* Principle 1: Cause and Effect
Our world operates on certain basic principles. One of these is the principle of gravity. What goes up is going to come down. Another is the rule of genetics. Human beings are going to give birth to human beings, not to asparagus. These principles operate based on cause and effect.
There are principles that govern human behavior. If for example, if you drive your car into a tree at 70mph, the fact is that your car is going to be totaled. If you suntan for three hours in 90 degree heat with no sunscreen, the effect is that you are going to get sunburned. If you don't eat, the effect is that are going to starve to death. If you put two gallons of gas into a car, you cannot expect to go 50 miles. If you put nothing but fats and sugars into your body you are going to gain weight. There are examples of the cause and effect relationship everywhere.
The work-at-home world operates on the same cause-and-effect principles as the rest of the world. The type of work that you do, and the amount of work that you do, and how well you do it are going to be directly related to what you get out of that work . You get out of something what you put into it. A work-at-home opportunity that promises to make you a millionaire while you lay around in a hammock is a scheme. If you expect to earn anything as a work-at-home mom, then you are going to have to work!
* Principle 2: Realism
The next principle of work-at-home opportunities is that when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. If someone tells you that they can turn your $100 into $1,000 in just 30 days, you can expect that in 30 days you won't have your $1000, you won't even have your $100, and that your new "friend" we'll have disappeared.
This doesn't mean that there are great opportunities out there. This doesn't mean that there are not investments that can multiply your money greatly over a short period of time. However, unless the offer is coming from Warren Buffett, or some other well-respected investment guru, you ought to be skeptical.
* Principle 3: Employment Generates Income
Now the next principle that you need be used to be able to tell a legitimate opportunity for musky should seem pretty basic. And here it is if someone says they want you to be there employee, it is them that will pay you not you that will pay them. If someone tells you that
