Vegan Split Pea with Barley Soup
Ingredients:
Dr McDougall's Big Cup Vegan Split Pea with Barley Soup
Boiling Water
Directions:
Rip off top of soup cup.
Open spice pack and stir.
Add boiling water to line marked
Cover with lid.
Rest spoon on top of lid.
Wait for five minutes stir and serve
You may top with sour cream if you like for nonvegans.
I like this for lunch with hot tea,fresh grapes and a sandwich.
Serves two.
