When I found out I was pregnant with my son, I was scared and thrilled all in one breath. I was only 17 and my boyfriend and I were not really doing so good. It ended up being the best and worst experience of my life. Put it this way I would do it 10,000 more times to have my son if I had to, but I also lost my cute little body. Nine months went by really slow and that day finally came, it was time for labor. It latest 12 hours from the time I went to the doctor to the time I was holding my 8lb bundle of joy. when you hear those woman complain about child birth they have to be insane. Now I am not saying I loved the pain of giving birth all I am saying is that he is worth every second of pain in my eyes. For anyone who doesn't know this when your child comes out and the doctor hands them to you with him still attached to the umbilical cord, the cord is perfect length for him to reach your breast. Yes, god created everything and it is amazing how perfect you fit together with your little one. When your child is screaming and then you take him in you arms and he all of a sudden stops, now thats amazing. Hear is an interesting thought, you know how you see those woman at the store with twelve kids, or you hear about a family member with more kids than you have cousins. Well those woman would be the ones to ask why giving birth is a labor of love. Because most woman when they give birth like right after that they say I am never doing this again and then they turn around wanting more children or pregnant again. They forgot how painful it really was. Thats the beauty of it, if all woman remembered how horrible child birth was everyone would only have one kid. Also if you didn't know this, woman have a higher pain tolerance. Thats why when my husband stubs his toe and he's begging for a little sympathy I laugh. Because I am thinking in my head, if you could have only been the one to give birth. When you look into your little ones eyes you'll get what I am saying, and if you already have kids then there's no need to explain. To get back on track baby's don't have to work for love. The moment you find out your pregnant and you decide your ready you make a promise to this innocent little soul to protect and cherish them. Its amazing when you see there little eyes and your face just takes there breath away. They fall in love immediately. They don't care that you look your worst because a watermelon just came out of you. All they know is your there first love. It truly is unconditional love. When I had my daughter she was 5 weeks early. She weighed 5lbs and 3oz. She was so small no one wanted to hold her. After having my son I was scared myself. Then she came out and it all just came to me, I knew how to hold a baby smaller than a doll. Preemie clothes on her were small. She was tiny and she fit perfect in my arms. It takes months to meet your baby but it only takes a few seconds when you first find out your pregnant to fall in love. It really is true love at first sight.
