'Essay writing' can turn out to be a very tedious task if it's not properly organized and planned. Its not an easy task - you have to work hard for it if you want to write an interesting and worthwhile essay with some substance and message to be conveyed to the readers as guidance or for increasing their knowledge.

1. First of all as the heading says 'resources' for your essay should be sufficient and related directly to your topic.

2. For this you can go to different libraries and book-stores.

3. Once the 'data collection' is done 'pick and choose' task strats.

4. For this you have to be vigilant and alert so as not to pick any irrelevant material which is not related to your essay directly or indirectly.

5. Once this is done 'arrangement' should be done in order according to the sequence you have thought about.

6. Now is the time to START writing your essay.

7. But beware! did you think about the 'introduction' ? This has to be the major part of your essay because from this your readers will assess the quality of your essay. So make it the most substantial, informative. interesting and knowledeable part of your essay with a little bit of foreshadowing by which the reader can be coaxed to go on and on reading till he reaches the end.

8. THe next major part is the 'conclusion'. Just like the 'introductio' this also has to be equally well-written giving out an advise or a message if possible for the readers.

9. Now is the time for proof reading, revising and arranging again to see if anything is left out or to add any new ideas.
