I've run out of saints to pray to
And God just sits there with eyes turned to the wind
mouth silent Like friends that don't reply
My saints went deaf and God went on vacation
I reached out to some whom I thought might understand
but no one had an answer
No one knew what to say
they were either busy or afraid
Maybe I pumped them up more than they deserved
maybe they are as ordinary as I;

Religion is such a fragile topic
It's like talking about your mother to strangers
And yet I find myself orphaned today
Lost and searching as always
Looking for clues and answers from nowhere
only theories, only guesses and many deep thoughts
No more saints
Only people who believe a sub human category between genius and common
