Self examination tells you where the borders should be laid, and helps you to keep your life in separate appropriate boxes, so that when in the work environment, your concentration and representation of the company is focused.

All of the above facets play in improvement of career prospects and interaction with others and though they may seem to have little in common, the common element is your perception of self image. If you cannot imagine yourself and your weaknesses, the ability to grow as a human being is stumped, and by honest appraisal of your own strengths and weaknesses, of learning and interacting will help you to succeed not only in a career, but in a future that makes you a better person, and one that people want to work with.

Self image that sees perfection rarely rises to the challenge of what life offers. Everyone has room for improvement, and by recognition of our own need to learn balanced against other people's perception of who we are, what is achieved is a person who is able to advance, to improve, and to succeed in the business world, always able to grow and learn, and to be open to those doors of opportunity that become open doors. We all have the capability to examine who we are, and by joining those with the foresight to put the examination into practice, the possibilities are limitless and you can reach for the skies.
