From day one I came a blazing star, knowing by not knowing the path by which would be taken the end would take care of me. I found it soothing to live by faith in myself, opposed to that of a much misunderstood belief that "I will be alright, if I just live how I was taught." Yet if we all just live how we were taught, would that mean we would all be alright? If words were so subtle, could you hear them - probably not, but could we feel them?
I stood before the mirror, my reflection as grim as ever. Knowing by not knowing at all - the adverse intent placed upon such a vice. I began pondering my whole existence beginning with what they call me. From day one we grew - from seed we sprouted - and from matter of cause and effect, we became. And it did not matter if we were planned, it mattered only that we were here; now. And the alignment of the stars mattered only if one was interested enough to pay a minds worth of attention. Yet as time was of the essence, we learned not two, not three, not four, five, six, or any other than one. This was to be our name...
Today, tomorrow, and ever after, we will be that one word - yet to say that because my name is Michael, Bobby, or Joe, my fate is already planned is preposterous - a pure agony of defeat. - Yet I was destined for greatness or so they say 'a sheep has its flock'. But many had come before bearing the same - I would wait for the passing of time to take up my crown.

Time ticked by, fore there was none in the future - a second, minute, hour, day, week, year. Five years into what seemed an eternity and a brush of greatness lasted but a second. Was it true that mine was not good enough? I had longed for the day and felt it just around the corner. I had thought about the onset. I had thought about children. I had thought about my life. Yet nothing had ever happened and I was puzzled by this.
I was told by many to follow my dream, yet my dream was that of another bearing the same. And so as the story is told, 'that which bares fruit, must be a fruit tree' yet I am not a tree or a piece of fruit however, my name is still Berry.
