Writing for the web is a good job, you can do as a part time or a full time and sometimes you can do as a promotion for your self-esteem.
In all methods you will help others by your experience, make money according to your writing skills and your efforts in marketing your article, but the question you may have now: How can I start?

Before you start:

You can do these steps before you start writing

-Exam your writing skills by writing some articles (you can use elsewhere after) and take your friends opinions
-Try to publish them and take the editor's opinions into your mind and try to make changes to your article
-Read books about the art of writing and develop your English language (if you will write in English)

How to write an article?
Article writing is an art and you can discover it in yourself then you can do these steps:
-First choose a topic to write an article about (try to choose a topic which is familiar to you, match your experience, has a lot of waiting readers and has a valuable usable information)
-Spelling and grammar are the keys of success in article writing
-design your article by making a good heading and subheadings
-Writing for the internet is an art need efforts from you to know good key words which others are search for and try to deliver the information they search for to them.
- Don't be frustrated by rejections because rejections will help you to know your writing problems than acceptance.
-Review your article by your computer for grammar and spelling and by your self as a reader

After writing an article

-Now you will decide to publish your article by methods of publishing as
-You can find a proper market (magazine, journal, etc..) to publish your article which follows their guidelines and pay you.
-You can publish throw the article publishing websites which pay you by number of visitors
-You can make your own website or blog and publish your articles
Any way if you need to be a published writer you will be, make your effort and try to find your reader and you will enjoy this.
