Walking vs. running for fitness

The Two Grandmas
my great great grandmother is 92 years old and still kicking. my grandmother is 65 years old and. I'm 30 years old.

Great Great was having a lot of trouble about 4 months ago. and i mean bad trouble. she fell couple of times nothing to bad but when your her age it could be a lot worse she just got real black and blue. Took forever long long time for her to heal. and one time she had rug burns all over.

cause she fell couldn't get back up out of the floor of her apartment. she crawled around her
floor for a hole day. That's to long way to long. She just didn't have the strength any more.

So we started visiting a lot more. we have a big family so was not at all hard to manege.
O yes we all were thinking about a Rest home, but not my grand mother. she said oh no ill take care of my mother. I'm not working now and I've got the time. See she just retired .and started going over to her home making her good foods. vegetables and meat. protean you see. and she even has that 92 year old women lifting green bean cans to make her arms stronger. And walkes with her at least once a hour during the day. She is doing so much better see the women is all there in the up stairs, and quick as ever. reads the bible every day. she is still a joy to talk with have coffee with that's why when she told her daughter my grandmother she wanted to stay in her home. my grandma did not see any thing else but that. The body needed work.
so if my great great grandma can do it we all can. and it should be easier for us cause were a little younger lol, Ive started eating better and exercising more. I'm feeling better more energetic and less grumpy every day that's what my kids say anyway . Vegetables prevent cancer O yes turn on your news. Cutting up a few raw vegetable in the refrigerator anuff for all week to snake on here and there we will all be on our way to better health. so see its not about doing hundred different things its about taking it easy. walking not running folks we might all be alive as long as my great great if we take better care of our selves and remember not to over do it. Eat right ex er size a little Bit ever day. But remember don't over do it. ONE FOOT AT A TIME
