If you are looking for inexpensive cigarettes, you have more options then you might think of at first. Inexpensive or cheap cigarettes can be great for an ailing wallet, but bad on the smoking pleasure you receive. For this article, I am going to cover the major brands of cigarettes, which can be found cheaper at different locations.

The six options you have for finding inexpensive cigarettes are grocery stores, department stores, on the internet, a smoke shop, the Indian reservations, or rolling your own cigarettes.

One will more then triple your costs associated with smoking and may get you into legal trouble, and one of those options for inexpensive cigarettes will cut your smoking cost in half.

Internet Cigarettes
Buying cigarettes on the internet may seem like an inexpensive way to purchase cigarettes on first glance. However most of the time the reason they are so inexpensive is that you do not pay the tax on them. Please be aware that the federal government does regulate all of the businesses within its borders and if one is not paying taxes, they will make sure they do pay those taxes.

I knew a woman who bought cigarettes from the internet for personal use, and she was taxed in one lump sum by the government because the company she bought them off had to surrender their customer lists. Imagine getting a bill from the government for $4954 in taxes and fines because you were trying to buy inexpensive cigarettes from the internet.

Grocery stores cigarettes
These cigarettes would be cheaper then department store cigarettes, but not buy much. All department stores seem to be able to increase the cost of cigarettes; to least, a dollar, which means you, will not find inexpensive cigarettes in a department store.

The Indian reservations
You can find plenty of inexpensive cigarettes for sale at Indian reservations around the nation. However, the reservations are not usually close to where the majority of people live, so you will spend the money you would be saving in gasoline.

I have known friends who would offer to drive up to the reservation to purchase inexpensive cigarettes. They simply collect the money, and grab a carton of two for their friends as they purchase their own cigarettes.

This practice of getting inexpensive cigarettes for your friends can cost you much more then you imagine. It is a crime to sell cigarettes without a license to anyone and when a friend offers to get you inexpensive cigarettes this way they are risking a fine.

Smoke shops
You can usually find inexpensive cigarettes in the smoke shops and usually there is more of a discount here then other stores, but it is within this smoke shop you will find the most inexpensive cigarettes. The thing that makes them so cheap is you need to create a cigarette in order for it to be inexpensive.

Rolling your own
The most inexpensive way to enjoy a good cigarette is by rolling you own. I have been rolling my own cigarettes for years now, and I am only spending a dollar or so more now then I was before.

A carton of my inexpensive cigarettes cost me between $8 and $10 dollars, and that depends on which smoke shop I go to on that particular day. Therefore, for a whole months worth of cigarettes this cost me almost $40 and that is what most people spent on a carton that last them a week if they are lucky.
