accept it as a challenge. Don't run from it. If it looks difficult then you need to understand that it is going to take time, perhaps even extra training or practice. But say to yourself that you will accept the challenge and then go for it.

When things that are almost impossible challenge you, you need to look realistically at them and decide if this is truly impossible to meet as in applying for a job as a brain surgeon that starts tomorrow when you have absolutely no medical training or looking at your career ladder and knowing that even though you're at the bottom you can climb this one rung at a time and you can make it to the top.

No one person is more deserving of achievement than another. Every success story out there stems from someone believing that they could do something. And when that someone believes and begins acting like they can, the people around them pick up on their attitude and they begin believing along with them. And then they become the support and encouragement that helps them along their way. Some people have to work a lot harder than others to get there, but with a positive attitude and an understanding and appreciation that you are just as deserving as anyone else, you will develop the determination and you will succeed.

Step up to the podium and say, I can do this!'
