A low self-esteemed individual may not look you in the eye and will appear to not feel well or may make excuses, like Mr. Taxman did. But actually, they are silently ridiculing themselves for something. The person who exhibits high regard to his self-image shows it right away and when he walks into a room. His/her gait will depict steadfastness and buoyancy. They will be fresh-faced, clearheaded and always flourishing with new ideas. When introduced, they promise to address a clients needs before their own and they will gain your trust instantly. You will never doubt hiring a business partner of this caliber.
In short, a positive self-image will help define success in the business world. Never will you hear a businessperson who is secure about their image say, "I hope you don't mind, I am just a klutz" and especially when meeting a new client or another executive for the first time. As a result of his/her positive self-image, he is recognized in the business community as a strong leader and a good candidate for business enterprise. Unlike Mr. Taxman who tries to reconcile himself for his poor image before moving on to anything else.
