Here is the inside scoop to banishing bad hair days and achieving Hollywood hair.
1. Consume a hair-healthy diet.
Research studies show that eating a diet rich in B Vitamins, iron, protein, and healthy fats and oils will promote healthy hair growth; thus, improving the overall condition of each strand. Once hair arises from the scalp it becomes dead protein and requires additional protein to survive. Hair experts believe that a stronger emphasis should be placed on a protein and vitamin-enriched diet, as opposed to reversing the damage that has already taken place.

As for iron, kidney and black beans supply this essential mineral, as well as extra protein.
2. Find perfect hair in a professional chair.
Although, the 'best in the business' are hard to come by, your hair stylist should have experience and be knowledgeable of the latest trends and technologies. Schedule a free consultation with a reputable salon or spa and take this opportunity to ask questions. Notice the facility and cleanliness, as well as your potential stylist look.
