Hair care tips for women with dry hair

We all want shiny bouncy Breck Girl hair, but the reality is; weather conditions, diet, stress, and wrong shampoo can make our tresses go haywire. We live in a society where we think the paps are lurking around every corner waiting to snap pictures of us, so what do we do?
We over process , over bleach, over style, over shampoo, over curl, over straighten, overdo our do. Over and over again, day in, day out.


This overdo process goes on for weeks, even months, and before we know it, we are in the salon anxious to get rid of the forensic evidence that is our dry, over killed hair. Its murder! Really!

Getting your hair back to its healthy origins is not impossible, it takes about 30 days and 7 steps. In the process you will go through withdrawals and shudder and convulse as you catch a glimpse of your roots and split ends in the mirror, only the determined will survive. About 5% of you will quit and run to the nearest salon for the fastest shade of Pamela Anderson Blond. Only those that are the most intense will be able to survive Hair Rehab.

Step 1. Admit you have a problem.
The first step to getting healthy hair is admitting that your hair needs help. Once you realize that you can no longer love with hair that resembles Horse feed, you are on your way to a happier hair for tomorrow

Ste 2. Don't be a repeat offender
Blow drying your hair daily, then running 2 hot blades to iron it daily is pretty much destroying any moisture you're strands house to give it natural shine. The result? Dull, lifeless, hair that looks and feels like cardboard. I know but at least its straight right? Well no man or woman wants to run their hair through cardboard and have it singe their fingers at the same time.

Limiting the amount of times per week you blow dry and style your hair will improve its condition. Save the styling for Fridays, this way you can still have some of that left over style for Saturday too, and let's face it unless you go to Church , you are not going to run into anyone important other than Jesus on Sunday.

Step 3. I see your true Colors
If dying your hair to match your menstruation cycle is part of the problem. Here's where only the intense survive. If you are tired and poor from constant trips to the salon and don't remember what your natural shade is, but would like to get back to your origins, make sure you have some pretty scarves or cool hats ready.
