What is life?

Draw trees, rivers, people and sky on a piece of paper. Add some more birds, butterflies and flowers to it. Next, compare it with your real world, your natural landscape that consist the river, trees and sky. You are standing by the river, observing the beauty of the nature. What do you observe? Which do you think is life?

Lets look at another example. Put a piece of bread on the table, after a few days, what do you observe? A piece of wood(log), left in the forest for a period of time will have growths on it. There will be various types of fungus, micro-organisms, squirrels and even rabbits resting on the log. A population was formed initially, next two and three and soon a community is created! Together, they formed a beautiful picture in front of your eyes, more beautiful and perfect than any piece of painting.

Life is Spirit - The existence of spirit! What is lacking in papers, and what is happening in all living things is the existence of Spirit! If you do not know what is spirit, look at my dead dog at http://www.peaceinspire.com/20 07/08/08/cebests-death-video/ . He was dead, but his body was still in front of me. But he could not move, he could not respond any more at the moment when he died. Read more at http://www.peaceinspire.com/20 08/02/21/answers-to-life/

Just as air, wind, light, sound and heat cannot be seen, Spirit is invisible too. However, it can be felt - just like the heat, sound, light and air around us. All lives are filled with spirits. Spirits to triumph and spirits to survive in this world. Put some green beans on the cotton wool and you see them growing gradually as days passed by. You will see all the green beans plants tall and slim, all competing for the sunlight. If you put a green bean in a single pot, it will grow stout and strong, no body to compete with it.

What we see in this world is the result "Survival of the Fittest". Every single organisms in this world are trying to survive without you and me knowing. The ants, working hard everyday, bringing food to its colony. The birds migrating to safer place every now and then. The virus growing stronger and stronger to resist extinction in this world. All these is because there is a spirit behind them, a spirit that wants to LIVE, because there is LIFE.

All living things contain LIFE. Life needs water, food and air, as we have learned in Science. With these, we would have life, survive. But what makes us different from plants and animals and all the other micro-organisms that is
