First things first, what is it you are good at, and what do you love to do? After all if you get into something you feel you can't do or enjoy, how long will you last?
Start with this question, and do research on line, and ask friends on my space
and any email and on line buddies. Take from their experiences and trial and errors and start building on some of your own.
Keep notes, and when you can, apply or ask for more info to be sent to you're home.
Pick out the ones that you feel best suit you and do more research, and more
notes. A great way to research home business', is to see what is out there, what is working.
A good on line source of this is merchant circle.com. This is a community of merchants and I have seen a lot of interesting business' here.
KEY QUESTIONS
How do I start, and how much to start.
what it entails after start up, like: Do I have to keep stock items, do I have to
go into peoples homes, if websites or catalogs involved the price and frequency
which you have to order.
Can you get help and training easy?
can you advance, or take it farther?
Then pick out the ones or one that suits you, you're family you're budget, make sure
this is something you can enjoy, and make a decision. You may have to do more than
one to be sure of what works for you.
You need to do research of supplies and expenses to make sure this venture is going to do
what is needed, make you money. After all that is usually why we start a business in the first place. If you go to the local vendors and tell them what you are intending to do and if you buy supplies from them see what kind of discounts they could give.
A list of ideas
Scrap booking- is becoming big, you can sell supplies, give classeson how to do you're
own, and take orders and do special order scrap books for the ones that don't want to do it themselves.
SMC Products- great thing to look into.
Avon- good but you have to watch, you have to sell so much to cover books and gas for delivery.
Do you have a talent for drawing? If you can sketch from photos, that is a great way to
earn money doing drawings from photos. preserving memories people would love these for gifts for family.
GOOD LUCK
