in their path with ease like Mu or Ragnarok. This is my story! It stays your story throughout the game as far as I have got.
The stations where people congregate are hard to navigate between as a starter as the girlfriend and I were apparently standing in the same place in a station but could not find each other at all, it took one of us to go outside and come back into the station to be able to see the other person. Interesting setup, either I know nothing about a district list yet or there is no such list (feel free to correct me on that either way) I do admit to not having read the handbook but who reads them anyway?
Ok so we are in a team... or are we? The party channel is pretty confusing and I would deffinately not send my game out with it, once again if you know how to use it then that's great but how do you get to that stage? Again people aren't handbook savvy, give me a powerpoint presentation if there is that much information that needs to be given to me before doing the most basic of tasks.
Once I had figured out the team channel I added the girlfriend and away we went! Off to kill some more zombies! We instanced and straight into battle! Great!
Weapons are varied and all have interesting skins and models, some have mediocre effects others have spectacular effects, after only a few hours we both had a big gun each. Having no requirement for ammunition you can tend to jump straight into large groups with little care for your own skin, which being a seasoned Guild Wars player is pretty liberating, while being a seasoned Unreal Tournament player just screams "Jump in you can do it!" which again is pretty darn fun! The weapons also come with upgrade slots ranging from extra damage to various different effects, this is similar to the Diablo upgrade system of Runes and Gems which I enjoyed playing around with. Again once you have a fair amount of knowledge of the various upgrades, weapon modification is another field to delve in.
Armour is sharp looking and gives both shield and armour value to your defence. There are various upgrades to your armour more shield extra defence against various elements such as fire, poison etc which is again very similar to Diablo.
This game is truely gamer friendly you can pick it up and play it for 5minutes or 5hours (haven't done 5hours straight yet) anyway if you want a rest from your main games or just want something to do for the next few minutes then pick up this title, once you figure out how to get the patch and get past the ludicrous amount of updates then yours is to kill as many zombies as time allows!

So we have Hellgate London on my desk at last! I have been waiting for my friend Tiny to burn a copy of the patch to a disk
