There are many games and puzzles and implementing them into your routine have prove beneficial to sharpen the senses. Wrinkles will come and laugh lines will appear, but a dear Grandmother who can laugh and has a sharp mind is above age. Youthfulness is a gift of thinking like a child and taking care of yourself in the manner your mother would most likely think appropriate.
