I have a T shirt I found at a thrift store that says: "Meticulous Renovations". I bought this T shirt as a symbol for what I am doing with my life. This is what we are doing for ourselves when we are doing an extreme makeover.

There are many shows on television that have people doing nips and tucks. We hear things like "I am fat", I have too big a nose or I want to have a mouth like J Lo, etc., etc.. What we are talking about here is our outer packaging, our body that houses a portion of our Spiritual essence.

There are people that become obsessed with looking like someone. When Princess Di was alive many people wanted the same haircut or clothes that she wore. The same with Elvis Presley. We have many Elvis impersonators. Elvis and Princess Di were people in positions that through their own transformation to express their passion transformed the collective emotional body of the people on the planet. They will be remembered as time passes by the people not only for the outer gifts they brought to the world but on a more subtle energy level for the feelings they ignited in people. This is what authentic service does. It generates a feeling in resonance with love and joy in people.

If our extreme makeover is only on the outer physical level then we are doing the equivalent of a house renovation with our bodies. We may nip and tuck, suck out fat here and there yet we can still be polluting the planet emotionally by living with a falseness that masks our true identity. Personal transformation is more than just changing our thoughts and daily activities.

We must also be transforming our emotions as we transform our actions. We only do this when we are fulfilling our own purpose in life. If we are doing a transformation to look good for others or maintain a position or relationship in our lives then we are doing this for reasons that lack alignment with our Soul.

When we stop denying our emotions and are able to be completely honest with ourselves as to how much we are taking action in order to get something from someone then we truly begin to have authentic personal transformation. Our heart's desire to serve up our true self will see a physical transformation that happens naturally.

Our body will always show us how in or out of balance we are or if we are just trying to fulfill somebody else's dream. When we are living from our authentic passion we touch people through our energy field. Some will recognize us and others may be jealous because their own insecurities
