Lament for Victory
Behold the wings!
Her Majesty with
Feathers of gold
Trimmed with jive.
She wails over

Hidden under feathers.
Feathers of gold
Trimmed with life
She bemoans a lump
Of gold hanging off
The trim.
Under the brim she holds tears
Of her victory.
