dominated genetic conditioning and learn to collaborate instead of compete - working together like ants or bees with the exception of keeping individuality and sense of Self - will the possibility of peace arise.
Humans will realize that crushing its opponent's skull - even if it is a family members' - is not necessary, as there are no opponents. There are only other individuals like yourself - with their own hopes and fears - trying to live a decent life on earth. We do not need to compete, as we are intelligent and spiritual enough to collaborate.
If we learn to place ourselves in the lives of others and that collaboration is a far better way of survival, the need to compete will fade away. When this occurs, peace will slowly but surely trickle into our society until - who knows - maybe even one day bring about Utopia.
But first we need to awaken to the fact that we are not just clever monkeys as certain reductionists wants us to believe (the existence of morality being a strong counter argument). We are in fact 'spiritual' consciousness experiencing the physical 3 dimensional realm in the shape of a very advanced and very programmable primate 'suit' called homo sapiens. When we learn to see 'body' as a mere vehicle, learn to tame and condition the 'mind' and re-connect to the 'inner dimensions' fondly called 'spirit'; will we connect with one another on a different level; a level that will be superior to that of being mere clever monkeys in designer wear, sipping cafe latte in a chain store branch...
