shaped - Chin length or long hair with some fullness at the bottom are great for this face shape. Stay away from short hair as it just adds more fullness to the top of the fact and makes the chin look even smaller.

PERSONAL STYLE

So you've narrowed down your choices to styles that fit your hair type and facial shape. Now it's time to look at your personal style. Are you a natural, sporty type or do you like to look polished and done up at all times? Do you want something quick and easy or do you like to spend time styling your hair? You'll want to choose a style that fits your personality and the image you want to project.

Keep in mind that most celebrities have stylist helping them perfect their look. Before settling on a style you like, try finding candid photos of the celebrity taken when they weren't posing for the cameras. How do they look running through the airport or caught coming out of the grocery store? That will give you a more realistic idea of how their hairstyle really looks on a daily basis.

COLOR

Finally, consider your color. When looking at a celebrity hairstyle, is it really the style you like or is it the color too? How would Reese Witherspoon's sideswept bangs look in black? How would Salam Hayek's shiny waves look in blond? With today's wide selection of hair color choices and processes, it's quite possible to get any color you want. But you might just decide that the celebrity style you love would look just as good or even better in your own natural color.

GETTING WHAT YOU WANT

Whatever you decide, make sure you take a picture of exactly what you want to your stylist. Explain what you like and don't like about the style and be open to suggestions. Afterall, your stylist's expertise can be much more valuable when choosing a hairstyle than any fashion magazine. By guiding you towards a cut and style that suits your hair type and facial features, a good hairstylist can help you get the celebrity style you dream of.
