It's best to freshly grind a couple of tablespoons a day in a coffee grinder. Start with just one or two teaspoons, and work up, and drink plenty of distilled or reverse osmosis water daily. I believe by following these simple suggestions, one can safely follow a low-carb plan , and then gradually include some healthy grains such as brown rice, oatmeal, and whole sprouted grain breads.
