but if you happen to put your hair up and or back a lot, you increases your chances of breakage. Breakage will leave you with split ends as well as hair loss. Try to keep the brush away and use your fingers if you can.

#6. SEXY AND MESSY IS IN- Bed head is in! Try some sea salt water, you can make your own concoction by adding 1 tsp of sea salt and some water in a spray bottle and light spray your tresses. This will give you the beach look, just run your fingers through your hair and you'll totally look hot.

#7. VELCRO CURLERS- Runway stylists have been doing this for years. Get medium sized Velcro curlers and once you've taken them out, finish it off with a styling spray. It adds volume and gives you a fresh look.

#8. TRY MANE "N" TAIL- Mane "n" tail was actually first used on horses about 30 years ago, now people have been using it and they are having amazing results. It helps to achieve longer stronger fuller hair. I actually still use this product and have found it absolutely wonderful. It definitely makes your hair strong and really prevents split ends.

#9. HIGHLIGHTS- Whether you get lowlights or highlights, their all the rage right now. They look really sexy with layered, messy hair. Highlights should be multidimensional and not the same color if you can help it, it makes hair look more natural and roots less noticeable when they grow in.

#10. STYLE- The trend this year, that seems to be really fashionable is glamorous 1940's do. With waves and curls and shorter hair do's this year, this style is very in this year. If your thinking on doing this hair do, don't be afraid to look up Marilyn Monroe, Katherine Hepburn and Betty Grable, there sure to give you a few ideas.
