Being a part of the workforce sure isn't what it used to be any more. When was the last time you went out and did a complete honest true search, for work where you actually spoke to the business, understood what they really did, and how they treated employees. Today it seems like it's never what you know, but it is always whom you know. We live in a world of lies and backstabbing. A world where no respect is given to the individual that has spent years acquiring a skill or learning a trade. So while the uneducated seems to get far in life the ones that bust their butts trying to become the best are being passed by. Recognition, while it's great and makes you feel nice for a short period of time, it doesn't really pay the bills. Being recognized is like sitting on a swing, it gives you something to do but never really gets you anywhere.

Money Money Money, have you ever heard the saying Money makes the world go around. No statement has ever been more true then such. Look around you and you will know what i am talking about. Corporate America has become a Seth pool of liars and back stabbers. Greed, and hate has has filled the hearts of those that run our society and all its working parts. We have forgotten the value of a good employee, and we've moved more into a world of thinking where quantity is much more important then quality. Take for example the big companies that outsource all their support to third world countries. Don't get me wrong i am not saying that people in those countries are not smart, but if you can't simply communicate with the individual that is supposed to help you, then correct me if i am wrong but the system failed. If you pay cheap you get cheap. basically what i am trying to say is this. We need money to fulfill the bare necessities in life and more, and without it we can't survive. Recognition is nice, but at the end unless it's extremely dramatic it's going to leave you in the same place that you started it. So i say, hell with being recognize how about you recognize the needs of my wallet and fulfill them. If people were rewarded adequately then i bet you we would never be talking about this subject, but that is wishful thinking that is only going to happen in a perfect environment.
