Simply by changing our thoughts, feeling and emotions we can change our destiny. Yet this is not always a simple task to do. It is not something that usually happens overnight unless of course you have created a big whack from spirit to wake you up. Unfortunately most people need this nudge from spirit to get them going on a different path in life.

Sometimes it takes getting in an accident or having a severe illness to wake us up. The signs are always there of course but we can have a tendency to miss them if we are so busy trying to do our lives to the fullest. We can be so driven in our lives that we miss the subtleties that come from going a little slower and allowing ourselves to smell the roses along the way. True connections come in the moment and deeper meaning can be found when we take the time to just be with ourselves.

From being comes authentic doing in the world. When we go into deeper places within ourselves just being silent to listen we create more depth of seeing in our outer world as well. This can be scary for some people because going deeper also means feeling and sensing in a different way. This can be quite foreign to some people that were not taught to express their feelings as a child. We come up against those scary places that are considered wrong in our world to express like anger, rage, jealousy, envy and depression etc.

We are taught to have our intellect rule our lives. From a very young age our feelings take second place to having a highly developed mind yet what is hidden must come out at some point. When it does we change our destiny and evolve the consciousness of the people on the planet as well.

The spiritual and physical tools are always available to us yet can we receive them? Our ability to receive is directly related to us being able to change our destiny. In order to change our destiny we must go into those hidden places. If we don't then we will create disease or accidents that will be there to show us that something is out of alignment with our authentic self that comes from our soul essence.

Our high rates of heart attacks and strokes and accidents of all sorts show us the more dramatic ways of changing our destiny. In truth there aren't any accidents in life. We are creating everything in every moment of our life. If we want to change our destiny we must start by taking baby steps.

This is a key point that we are dealing with when changing our destiny. We are always dealing with the first years of life and the programming
