Poetry: Humorous

WHAT THEY SAID TO WILBUR AND ORVILLE

So
You say you can fly...
An interesting observation.

Go
On, now and try;
Give us a demonstration.

What
You say you're unable
Without proper equipment-

That
You're waiting for cable
By the next shipment?

Fools, come down from the sky-
You're only imagining
Things...

If God had meant men to fly
He would have given them
Wings.
