The question is really not a question but a request for websites on childcare in the Uk. I would like to try my hand at it since I have had a rather great amount of interest from people living in the UK. I suppose we are being asked to look through sites that offer advice on childcare. But I would like to offer a suggestion. That the best place to start is with professional sites that are geared to keeping children's interest and to motivating their parents to spend their money buying their products.
Of course Disney is the first place to begin to look. http://atv.disney.go.com/playh ouse/index.html They have a preschool time online that is just great http://playhouse.go.com/v1/mar keting/.
Now if you can arrange for your children to know about those websites and how to use them, you can then spend quality time going through sites to teach you about how to care for your child. http://www.childcareindex.co.u k/main/ Here you will find a list of childcare providers and activities revolving around taking care of children. That seems to be the best website for childcare in the UK. Really the easiest way to find a website for yourself is to look in the google bar and try them out. Internet childcare sites must be the place for mothers who are really working on the internet and require an website to direct them to places to shop, professional counselors to get free advice and other such neat internet sites.
http://www.kidshield.eu/ is also online and deals in and adult manner with the dangers inherent in internet living especially as it has poured out onto parents using the internet to help them raise their children. A paragraph taken from the above site"
As the internet becomes an integral part of our children's lives would you be surprised to know that recent surveys indicate that only 1 in 10 of responsible adults within Europe are aware of the dangers of online predators and the concerns of child safety experts?"
That is really the way it is. I know from experience since I let my daughter practically raise herself on the internet while I went to work. She is now a genuis on the machine but I shudder at the way her new found adult freedom explodes with language and attitude definitely internet induced.
The best website for childcare in the UK should be Disney and the best advice parents should look for should be from their children's teachers.
