Foods that increase testosterone

but isn't sure what, and falling testosterone levels are the legacy of this problem. Terrible fitness levels also lead to testosterone decreasing and the actual breakdown of muscle mass.

So testosterone production needs to be kick started again to a more optimum level. This is not with the purpose of re-introducing gladiatorial combat days at Wembley stadium, but to imprint the gender characteristics back onto the male of the species, promoting a more balanced feeling of wellbeing and in some ways reawakening what it means to be a man.

AND THE BEST WAY TO DO THIS!

DIET; plain and simple, as mentioned in my opening line first and foremost, by eating the correct levels of zinc we will begin to stimulate testosterone production. And some foods have a direct affect on testosterone and also aid the lowering of oestrogen. Increase and include foods such as;

OYSTERS are the food that most people would most readily associate with zinc, but it is also an awesome source of magnesium too, critical to male muscle tissue. It is said that one oyster contains around one hundred percent of the recommended daily allowance of zinc, it does not matter if they are cooked or eaten raw the benefit is very similar, but do not fry. They are also a great at boosting stamina, (hence the reputation that oysters have in direct correlation to love . . . . ahem!

BEANS, are a small yet powerful zinc shot in the arm for any man, haricot, lima, adzuki, and yes you guessed it even baked beans provide a power pack of zinc. Contrary to popular belief fresh beans and tinned beans contain the same nutritional properties, so it doesn't have to be time consuming to make dietary changes akin to this one.

BROCCOLI, CABBAGE AND SPROUTS, love them or hate them, the stories that you were brought up on as a child were true, they do turn you into a hulking great thing, and do help your muscles develop just like your Dads

EGGS, Yes they are basically cholesterol, but you may have heard recently that it is not on its own such a bad thing as long as you do not have a conflictory condition, however do listen to your doctor if he or she has told you to lay off them. Cholesterol is the raw ingredient that the body uses to make testosterone

EXTRA LEAN MEATS, especially beef, but turkey is also another good source of zinc, and these are protein laden essentially used in muscle growth production, which in turn boosts testosterone levels

GARLIC, if possible eaten raw and whole, although you may have to forego the kisses immediately after eating it, it will definitely increase testosterone production.

There are a great number of other foods and supplements to help increase testosterone levels, but if you incorporate the above into your regular diet, then you CAN NOT FAIL to get a sizeable boost to your levels.
