The hotel's five-diamond restaurant has recently decided to relinquish its dress code. Diners may now visit the Mansion in jeans and without a jacket. Romantic Dining in Dallas, Texas

The French Room, despite its name, offers cuisine from all over the globe. Located inside The Adolphus Hotel, The French Room has received top ranking from Gourmet Magazine three years in a row. The restaurant features menu options prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients, and an award-winning wine list. Founded in 1977, St. Martin's Wine Bistro is a small and cozy restaurant. Live piano sets the mood for romantic diners with love songs from the forties and fifties. The restaurant offers a full selection of 200 wines, 30 of which are served by the glass. The Landmark is located in the Melrose Hotel, an historic building constructed in 1924. A combination of French and Southern cuisine appears on the menu. The Hotel St. Germain restaurant is situated in a Victorian Mansion originally built in 1906. This extremely exacting restaurant offers an eight-course prix-fixe menu, polished silver, Waterford and Limoges place settings, antique decor, and excellent service. (214) 871-2516
