I read a lot and I'm scared and confused.
Born in sin, cheated and abused.
I'm feeling low and in so much trouble.
I drop to my knees and pray double.
I know that he is real and listens to prayer.
I'm such a terrible sinner, do I even dare?
I know he forgives if we ask.
But I cannot remove this insidious mask.
I hope and I pray that I can be so bold.
My heart remains frigid and cold.
I look around and hope I can see.
God smiling, taking pity on me.
I know I'm a sinner with no hope of my own.
God's love, a vision he's shown.
God is there, eternity for the taking.
Just make sure, it's the right decision you're making.
It's up to you, you never can tell.
Don't risk you're soul, you may end up in Hell.

Never in a moment, upon this road we trod
Do we truly stop to seek and hear the voice of God
We ask our friends and counselors

I LOVE YOU STILL
I am the voice of good reason
I am the hand that holds the seasons
I am the breath that gives you life
I am
I am close to God,
Not because I speak to Him constantly;
For He knows the depths of my heart already.
I am close to God,
Not
God is everything, including the good in you and me.
Before the trees produced fruits and the birds began to sing,
God toiled
Cruelty, malice, where is love
More than ever God, we need your white dove
Monsters trod upon the earth these days
