Before kids I don't think I could have given you the name of even one portrait studio anywhere in the Midwest. I was flooded with coupon after offer after invitation for every studio east of the Mississippi. You name it, I now knew of it. My head spun with confusion. Until one day...

A good friend of mine recommended Portrait Innovations. We all know there's no advertising that hits the mark like word-of-mouth. "They're awesome" she says. "You get more pictures than you'll know what to do with" she continues. "They have a package for $9.95". Say no more. I'm on my way.

Of course I wondered what you could possibly get for $9.95 but I figured it was worth the twenty-five minute trip to find out. And my little one's three month birthday seemed to be the perfect occasion. So off we went.

We walked into an incredibly professional studio and were seen almost immediately. To my surprise there were two employees that worked with us - one to shoot and one to entertain. What a treat. All employees were extremely professional and easy to work with and the equipment was top-of-the-line. Everything was going so well, in fact, that it left me wondering where the catch was. "We get all of this and really only have to pay $9.95 for a truckload of pictures?" I thought. Oh yes. The photographer took a total of eighty-nine pictures. Eighty-nine! That's about eighty more than they take at most places, in case you don't know. And sure enough, all I had to buy was the $9.95 package. Of course it only included one pose and each additional sheet is $15 but whether you spend $9.95 or $109.95, the service is the same - exceptional.

So as I walked out twenty minutes and $109.95 later I knew I'd be back. And I was - three months after that, and again three months after that.
