Home remedies for indigestion

Indigestion occurs when you have eaten too much or too badly and your stomach can't afford this charge and stops the largest part of its activity, tending to reject with vomit, as we well know, the food that has caused this overcharge.

Generally, to recover from this situation, a fasting period of 1 day is needed, until you can feel again the hunger; in the meantime, you can use the herbal therapy, drinking only a MINT infusion, or essential oil, or mother-tincture (10-20 drops, also 3-4 times/day can help you).

You can also drink common TEA INFUSION WITH LEMON, if possible, with HONEY.

After 1 day, you can start again your normal nutrition with a rather dry food, like BISCUITS and BREAD and gradually reintroduce the other foods.

Another remedy can be the PHYTO-GASTROLENE, that reactivates again the stomac function and it's composed by activated coal and kale (Savoy cabbage) or also the INOSITOLE or B-7 VITAMIN in pills, a simple natural sugar derivative, for some days.

Good digestion to everybody!
