Big desserts: How to please a crowd

The people are arriving! Scrumptious dessert await on the table.
The guests see rows of many delightful foods. Someone grabs for your dessert!
Wham! That's when the moment hits you, someone is eating your dessert.
Questions pop in into your mind. Will they like it? Was the recipe wrong? Will they spit it out? All these these things hit you like a lightning rod striking the ground.

Desserts come in variety; taste, texture, size, and more.
There is many ways to make your delightful masterpiece stand out. Variety is found in the true art of cooking.
The person has just sat down with your dessert! They are getting situated in their seat. Sweat is drizzling around in you hair. More questions pop in to your brain. The guest takes its first bite! You can tell their thoughts by the expression of their face, unless of course they are just acting. A sigh of relief hits. You really are having a good hair day with that person's taste buds. One down, a bunch more to go.

People are like desserts. Their taste buds come in a variety of flavors. Some like sour, some like sweet. Some like salty, some like spicy. So if one person likes something, there is not a hundred percent that the other person will like it.
Variety is big!

Occasionally someone grabs your dessert, hoping to obtain a taste bud journey. You wonder if it is really blowing their mind. Is it just like the other desserts? Just average? You want people to come back for seconds.

Actor of natural? Do they really like it? You want the honest answer, well most of the times.
You want the honest answer, so you know how to improve your desserts. Most people have high standards for their desserts.

Many people are starting to eat your dessert, you get many compliments, and few insults.
Most of the pressure is off, and the guests are starting to leave. The feel of victory is squirming inside you.

How to make the best desserts:
Know your guests
Follow recipes-(you've tried before)
Keep the desserts fresh
keep sweet, but healthy
add natural ingredients
